Wednesday Morning peeps!!
Wake up late and I reach school around 8.45am..haha. My alarm clock did not wake me yup! Aiyo..
Despite of the lateness, I had a madness laugh with my TA regarding the Hantarans. While chatting with Liana, she showed me her frens wedding photo. While I was browsing through the pics, something spark into my mind. IT'S THE HANTARANS ZAMAN MILENIUM..
To be truthful, zaman milenium nya hantaran is way ahead compared to the past.. The technology have influenced the hantarans given by the gerls and the guys side. Heres the checklist and let us make a comparison:
Zaman dulu Hantaran List for either Tunang or Wedding:
Telekung
Sejadah
Quran
Toiletries
Kueh Mueh
Fruit Basket
Hamper
Beg
Shoes
Watch & Belts & Rings Bracelet
Milenium Hantaran List for either Tunang or Wedding:
Toiletries
Kueh Mueh
Fruit Basket
Hamper
Beg/Shoes
Watch & Belts & Rings
IPOD*
XBOX 3*
PSP*
Helmet / Hand Gear*
Boots / Half Cut Shoes*
There you go, a list of comparison for the hantarans..
As I was telling my Ta, currently in the modern world the hantarans are getting way updated and super high tech. Therefore while we were listing down the hantarans from the past and the modern world, this particular items makes us wonder and we laugh out loud.
The two items are: Al-Quran & PSP/XBOX3/IPOD
Have you guys ever think about it???
Which I totally agree, why waste on this technology products and mislead them from not hafaling the doas... Well maybe its the way people think and their perspective views. If you were to think back, you give them all these luxurious items in which you are giving him/her a whole lot of presents to your love one..ahah. Which is good but all depends on the budget too.
Im yet to see a mini pc or laptop as a hantaran. Might never noe a skateboard or a mini bike may be the next hantanrans gift for the future OR A VOUCHER TO TAG ALONG WITH IT... .....hmmmm..hahhaa
Might never know, someone may planned their wedding during Ramadhan??
Geezz......
