Hey peeps..back for a minute..A very nice Wednesday to start off with....yippeee..Early on had video shooting for class 2N1 it was a Drama Class for Lit...Isnt that cool where students now a days are learning Lit in a different form of ways through Drama.. Back in the past i used to hate Lit because of the teachers that taught us back in secondary school...I cant remember her name but shes a bit disguting and the class hate her.. During her lesson, she would sit on anyone of our table without giving any "warning" ...She came in put her stuff and there she go finding her first table to sit on... Kalau kecik takpe tapi ni berbadan pulak..hahahaa..Crazy.. The next thing is, she spits out saliva at times, so those who is near to her have to standby an umbrella to prevent from the unexpected rain...hahaha... Not ony that, she likes to bite her fingernail during the lesson den den den at times also she would dig her nose....euuuwwwww and she will touch students without knowing.....hahahaahDigusting person I ever made and that is the reason why I hate Lit simply because of her. Supposingly the storybook we purchase early on was written by adeline yan meh, if im not mistaken. The best story book i ever read..Those are the memories back in skool life, gosh i MIZ SKOOLING!!!The students really act well early on, the first group was the best acting, the mother slaps the daughter on the spot and you can here the commotions like "Oh oh ,ahhhhh, OMG, Arrrrrr"An hour of free drama performed by the students was splendid ... Perfect. Simply Make my day in the morning ....Shout out to Nad n Dearest Dear....Congrats babe on the passing of your TP!!! Wohooo good job!!! Practise makes perfect and pretty soon I would like to join you... Congrats to my Dear for clearing off his examinations... Wohooo Year 2 coming your way..no more slacking and punctuality is important, remember that... You going to treat me ya ?????hahaa.. Thank god he clear his English with a C+....wohooo..Writing compo for him was not a waste of effort, i manage to proof myself that i still have a bit of talent in English...hahahahaaWELL DONE!!!!Orite out for now, back to work.. V-Day - Slacking at work, tuition and back home. Thats how my v-day works..hahhaa, cool right? Supposingly we are not supposed to celebrate that day....15-02-08 : The Making of Cheesecake
the most memorable event that I could not forget throughout my entire life. MY FIRST attempt for making a cheesecake...It was a hella good time and it is the most hectic moment..
First stop during my lunch time on friday i went to bedok NTUC Fairprice to shop for the item.Ride my bike to get the stuff..To my disappointment the Philidephia cheese could not be found@that outlet..however I manage to grab the rest of the ingredients. Proceed back home..
Went back time, I went all the way to Tampines Mart just to search for that cream cheese BUT its another disappointment, could not be found at all end up i bought i diff cream cheese. I called my sister den she say, go ahead n tried out first, and i did get one of it...
Back at home i started my task after ishak...it was so KECOH dat my mum shook her head looking at me with my ingredients on my hand and other tools lying on the table...A bit of berserak la boleh dikatakan BUT I DO KEEP IT CLEAN during the proces of making the CHESECAKE..
The cream cheese that I bought early on was hard to bit an my mum and i was wondering how do we go about beating it with no hand mixer at the moment...hahahha... so end up, we took the bowl and tried our best to beat the cream cheese up, wit MUMS help, THANKS TO HER, she manage to get it soften and i add on other ingredients BUT during the process of softerning the cream cheese, we did put it inside a normal blender..hahhaha jus to grind it of to get it entirely beaten..hhaaaa....Once done we lay it out on the first container that I had prepared early on...That was the FIRST attempt of my cheesecake BUT i wasnt satisfy cause i really need that cheese badly i i did call my lil bro to get it on the spot at any cold storage....
my second attempt went on smootly and i manage to get 3 container of it... weheee
the following day was the judging day for me...hahaha from my mum and him...coool
Sat morning let my mum taste the second attempt that i did using the philidephia cream cheese it taste well but lack a bit of lime juice..Next we tried on the first attempt that i did not using the original cream cheese and to MY SUPRISE it turn out well TOO..wohooo killing 2 bird and one go..hahhaa but same as the second attempt need to add in a bit of limejuice to make it taste muh better...
Juding from him 10/10...wuahahaa the best of the best.didnt expect tht my first attempt of baking cheesecake was a major sucess....
iT HAS BEEN A GREAT EVENTS N MOMENT FOR THE MONTH OF FEB....

The most exciting month of the year which I would like to continue throughout the entire year.
Today marks the 9th month wit my dearest dear..Alhamdulilah..

20th Jan - "Bonding Session" Enrol for class 2B. Ride from Tamp to Ubi to East COast den back home.
